EXPRESS Terms of service

The services are filter replacement, ventilation maintenance and diagnostics in Tallinn and Harjumaa. Prices in settings are labour prices. On weekends and Estonian public holidays only labour is doubled. Transport: 12 km one way included, then €1.20/km rounded half-up to the nearest cent. Filters are not doubled and are paid on site.
Prepayment is labour plus transport, and only when the server could confirm both. A preferred time is not a confirmed visit. WiseAir OÜ does not add VAT. An order can be cancelled before payment is confirmed. After payment we agree a refund if the work has not been done.
